She is not only young and beautiful, but she can sing too.  Jeandri Fourie is definitely the name to remember. Her debut album “Without a Kiss” was released during October 2010 and it’s not only guaranteed to make her current fans excited, but will definitely draw the attention of new fans. Her first hit “Adam”, already made great strides in the Afrikaans music industry, and is still regularly play listed on numerous radio stations, i.e. RSG, Bosveld Stereo, S.FM, etc.

The brunette hailing from Brits talks about her musical history with enthusiasm and a touch of nostalgia.  Jeandri says that her music is for all ages, mature and young audiences, but she emphasises that her priority is to give her audience what they want!  Jeandri usually composes her own songs and believes in making original music.  “It comes with a higher risk because audiences are not familiar with new songs, but I try to keep to my own sound and style.”

More About Jeandri

She started her music career as a Primary school scholar and during her school days spent at Brits Secondary School she was part of the voice recordings used for the CD’s for the School stage revues.  She was in the School Choir and in Grade 11 was elected as the Choir Leader.

In 2012 - 2014 she expanded her career in the entertainment industry, and started as a radio presenter, and thrived in new avenues doing the afternoon “Drive Show” and the Saturday morning show, which included the Afrikaans Top20 on Bosveld Stereo 107.5fm.

Every year she spends a few months in Namibia where she has several performances and her fans came back after each performance to enjoy more of her music.  She is always very much in demand and nobody wants to miss her performances.

Unpretentious and down to earth Jeandri remains the same on stage and off stage.  With a great sense of humor and a smile that will melt any heart, it is no wonder that Jeandri’s reputation exceeds her as a performing artist held in high esteem..
